The specific services, scope of work, materials, and project terms for any individual project are defined in a separate written contract or proposal provided prior to the start of work.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform services at any specific price. All pricing is determined on a per-project basis following an on-site estimate.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All written estimates provided by Supreme Madera Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a final contract and does not obligate either party to proceed.

Final pricing is established in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins. Changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed may result in change orders that adjust the project price. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any change that affects the cost or timeline.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and any required deposit have been received. We make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work within the timeframe stated in the contract, but timelines may be affected by permit review delays, weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control.

If you need to cancel or postpone a project, please notify us as early as possible in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or forfeited deposits, are specified in the individual project contract. Work that has already been completed or materials that have already been ordered at the time of cancellation may not be refundable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in each project contract. Most projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon substantial completion or as outlined in the contract. We accept payment methods specified in the contract.

Invoices not paid by the due date specified in the contract may accrue interest or result in work being paused until payment is received. In the event of a dispute over an invoice, please contact us promptly so we can work toward a resolution.

6. Permits and Compliance

For projects requiring building permits, Supreme Madera Sunrooms & Patios will submit permit applications to the applicable local building authority on your behalf as part of the project scope. Permit fees are typically included in the project contract or invoiced separately. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including any known easements, liens, or HOA restrictions that may affect the project.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

We warrant our workmanship against defects caused by improper installation for the period specified in your project contract. This warranty covers labor and materials supplied by Supreme Madera Sunrooms & Patiosonly. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or work performed by others after project completion.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set by each manufacturer. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Madera Sunrooms & Patios's total liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or damage to other property, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to claims based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be brought in the courts of Madera County, California.
